Email Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with our services and wish to lodge a complaint, please send an email to kpsomani15@gmail.com. We will review and address your complaint, aiming to resolve it within 7 working days.
Escalation
If you are still not satisfied with the response or handling of your complaint, you may escalate it by contacting Kaushal Somani at ksomani15@gmail.com. Kaushal Somani will work to resolve the matter at the earliest.
SEBI Assistance
If your complaint remains unresolved for over a month, you may refer it to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). SEBI provides a centralized complaint redressal system known as SCORES.
ODR Portal for Dispute Resolution
If your complaint remains unresolved on the SCORES platform, you may initiate the dispute resolution process through the ODR Portal.
