  1. Email Complaint: If you are dissatisfied with our services and wish to lodge a complaint, please send an email to kpsomani15@gmail.com. We will review and address your complaint, aiming to resolve it within 7 working days.

  2. Escalation: If you are still not satisfied with the response or handling of your complaint, you may escalate it by contacting Kaushal Somani at ksomani15@gmail.com. Kaushal Somani will work to resolve the matter at the earliest.

  3. SEBI Assistance: If your complaint remains unresolved for over a month, you may refer it to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). SEBI provides a centralized complaint redressal system known as SCORES. Access it here. (The link to the platform is https://scores.sebi.gov.in/ )

  4. ODR Portal for Dispute Resolution: If your complaint remains unresolved on the SCORES platform, you may initiate the dispute resolution process through the ODR Portal. Access it here. (https://smartodr.in/login.)
